In his work, Consulting ELIS primarily applies knowledge from Albert Ellis’s Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Beck Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and certain other psycho therapeutic directions such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Compassion focused therapy (CFT). With the joint collaboration of client and therapists / coach,  individual curriculum is formed for each person in particular, in order to achieve the objectives and potentials of persons in accordance with the clients values. Cognitive Behavioral approach is the leading approach in therapy and in the field of Coaching.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been extremely successful in achieving long-term changes in peoples life. Although CBT, as the name suggests, is often associated with treatment, essentially is not strictly limited to the therapeutic approach. The essence and knowledge of CBT approach can be applied to many areas of life.

Online Sessions

Online counseling can be conducted every weekend, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mandatory contact first via email address [email protected]. Each session lasts for about 60 minutes. Schedule of further sessions are formed in accordance with the obligations of the client and the therapist.
