Sessions are scheduled after selecting a service type on the Services page, where payments can also be made, including online payment by card via the Monri system.

IMPORTANT! For international payments, be sure to select the OUR option for bank transfer fees in your banking app (the sender covers all bank charges). Be sure to state the full name of the business entity when making the payment.

Invoices are issued in convertible marks (KM/BAM) by default. If you need an invoice for payment in another currency, the invoice will show the amount in KM (BAM) along with the converted amount in the relevant currency at the current exchange rate. Please mention this when contacting via email: [email protected].

Scheduling an appointment

Appointments can be scheduled by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Viber message. When you first get in touch, it’s enough to briefly state the reason for contacting me and whether you prefer to meet in person in Sarajevo or online.

You can also schedule an appointment online, via the online calendar — select a service type on the Services page, which will take you to the online booking calendar.
