Supervision

Clinical supervision is an essential part of every psychotherapist’s professional development. It provides a structured and supportive environment for reflection, learning, strengthening clinical skills, and enhancing confidence in therapeutic practice. Through collaborative discussion, we explore clinical challenges, therapeutic processes, and opportunities for continued professional growth.

Supervision Modalities

REBT • KBT • ACT • CFT

Supervision is available for trainees and qualified therapists working within Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

What can you expect?

Supervision offers an opportunity to discuss clinical cases, strengthen case conceptualisation skills, evaluate therapeutic interventions, and reflect on the therapeutic relationship. The process is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual learning needs and professional goals.

Particular emphasis is placed on developing clinical competence, professional identity, ethical decision-making, therapist self-awareness, and maintaining high standards of evidence-based practice.

Individual Supervision

Individual supervision provides dedicated time to focus on your clinical work, professional development, and the specific challenges you encounter in everyday practice.
