How to Book an Appointment and Make a Payment
- Choose a service below, then book an appointment date directly through the online calendar on the payment page, or first email us at [email protected] so we can agree on a date and time that suits you.
- Once the appointment is confirmed (via the calendar or by email), you can make the payment using one of the available methods.
- Once the payment is recorded, the appointment is considered finally booked.

Payment Methods
Domestic bank transfer (recommended)
If you are paying from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the recommended payment method is a direct transfer to the domestic account via bank or post office — with no additional transaction costs.
Payment via invoice
If for any reason you are unable to make a direct domestic transfer, you can also pay based on an issued invoice.
Card payment
Payment can also be made online, by debit or credit card (domestic or foreign), via a secure online payment page.

Fiscal Receipts
A fiscal receipt is issued for every payment made.
If, for insurance reimbursement or other purposes, you need the fiscal receipt to include your full name, please mention this in advance, by email when arranging the appointment. Otherwise, a standard fiscal receipt will be issued without a name.

Payment for Legal Entities
Payment can also be made on behalf of a company or organisation (legal entity), if the service is being paid for on behalf of and for the needs of a legal entity.
If this applies to you, please clearly state this by email when arranging the appointment, along with the name and details of the company or organisation needed to issue the corresponding invoice or fiscal receipt.

Intended for all students, regardless of where they live or what they study, who are encountering the psychotherapy process for the first time or want support in an earlier stage of personal and professional development. The focus is on current challenges, academic and personal stress, and developing coping skills, at a more accessible price adjusted for student status.

Intended for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina living in BiH who want to work on understanding and overcoming emotional and life difficulties through a structured, practical approach. CBT focuses on identifying patterns of thinking and behaviour that contribute to difficulties, with concrete techniques, exercises, and tasks for everyday use. Depending on the client’s needs, principles of RECBT, ACT, CFT, and Mindfulness are also incorporated.

Intended for people from the region (outside BiH) who want to develop a more flexible relationship with themselves, others, and life circumstances. RECBT focuses on identifying and changing irrational beliefs that contribute to emotional difficulties, while developing more helpful thinking patterns and coping strategies. Principles of ACT, CFT, and Mindfulness are also incorporated.

Intended for organisations, teams, and individuals who need work outside the standard online or in-person format. Includes field work and psychological support tailored to specific needs. A special form of work includes support for people with agoraphobia, panic attacks, and anxiety difficulties through work in a real-world environment. Principles of CBT, RECBT, ACT, CFT, and Mindfulness are applied.

Intended for people living abroad and in the diaspora, regardless of country of residence. Online counselling is adapted to different time zones, communication, and payment from other countries. This service also applies to people who pay for services through health insurance, with the required documentation issued. Available in Bosnian and English. The work draws on principles of CBT, RECBT, ACT, CFT, and Mindfulness, according to the client’s needs.

Supervision for trainees and certified therapists, tailored to the mode of work.
Supervision STUDENT60 KM (≈31 EUR)
Intended for trainees from BiH, as well as trainees from abroad whose home CBT training centre is in BiH, who are at the start of their professional development. Supervision and mentoring cover CBT, RECBT, ACT, and CFT approaches. The focus is on developing therapeutic thinking, core competencies, confidence, and preparation for first client sessions. The price is adjusted for trainee status.

Intended for trainees and therapists who have completed CBT training at one of the CBT centres in BiH and currently live and work in BiH. Principles of RECBT, ACT, CFT, and Mindfulness are incorporated as needed. Supervision may include case analysis and listening to session recordings.

Supervision is adapted to online work and different professional settings. Principles of CBT, RECBT, ACT, and CFT are used, with the option of analysing session recordings.

Intended for certified CBT therapists who need supervision with certified hours for re-accreditation purposes, in accordance with the rules of their home CBT training centre or professional organisation. The focus is on case presentation, conceptualisation, the therapeutic relationship, and professional reflection, with a certificate issued stating the number of hours completed. Each therapist is responsible for checking the re-accreditation requirements of their own association or training centre.

A professional workshop within the cognitive behavioural (CBT) approach, intended for therapists, trainees, and professionals who want to develop specific skills through practical, interactive work. If explicitly stated in the plan and programme description for a given session, the workshop may also be open to the general public — that is, to any other person from the general population who wishes to attend. The topic, date, and detailed programme are published separately for each workshop session.
