About Me
My name is Ensad Miljković, and for more than 14 years I have accompanied people through processes of change, believing that therapy contributes most when science is combined with a genuine human relationship.
As a psychotherapist and supervisor for REBT, CBT, ACT, and CFT, I adapt each session to the needs, goals, and pace of the person in front of me. In-person sessions take place in Sarajevo (Naselje Bulevar, Stup), and I’m also available online.

Experiences
Psychotherapy is a space where understanding, clarity, and ease are built — here is how clients who have gone through it describe it.
I experienced therapy with Ensad as a space filled with empathy, understanding, patience, and humor. It brought me clarity, ease, and a pace of work that suited me.
Ensad creates a safe space for conversation, open and clear communication. I gained useful insights and concrete methods for coping with mental health challenges. I genuinely recommend him.
The sessions were relaxed, pleasant, and calming. Ensad is skilled and patient — he guided me so I could better understand what was bothering me in certain situations.
Before therapy, I doubted it could help me. Already after the first session, I felt I was talking to someone I could trust. I see clear changes in myself.
Ensad has a professional yet warm and gentle approach. The sessions are relaxed and often infused with humor, and afterward my thoughts feel lighter and clearer.
Ensad asks excellent questions and follow-ups that help reach important conclusions. Communication is natural, relaxed, and often woven with humor.
I felt like I was talking to someone who truly understood me. Ensad is warm, skilled, open, and creative, and helps you get to know yourself and your values better.
The therapeutic work was a great support in difficult life situations. I experienced it as professional, kind, and calm — a safe space when I needed it most.
With Ensad, I managed to get through harder moments and recognize many important things about myself. I set out on the path of change, guided professionally and with great understanding.
Supervision is a collaborative process of reflection and professional growth — here is how supervisees who have gone through it describe it.
In addition to the extensive feedback form, the additional conversation only strengthens and, in a certain way, clarifies the discussed parts, but also leaves room for additional questions and instructions in order to build a relationship...
I could say he has perfected the skill of constructing and delivering criticism — because the best kind of criticism is the one after which you feel not bad, but grateful and motivated to change...
What I would highlight as especially important in the supervision experience with Ensad would be his supportive persistence and thoroughness...
I especially like that the supervisions consist of two parts — after the session recording, written comments follow with clear guidelines, support, and praise for the parts done well...
From the first supervision, I had the impression that we had known each other for a very, very long time, which certainly makes the learning process easier. As for the approach, it is open, communicative, accessible, direct, witty...
What especially stands out to me is the methodical and systematic approach during supervisions — the gradualness, precision, and tireless explanation not only of what needs to improve, but also how to improve it...
The authentic approach, both in the personal relationship and in the professional aspect, gave me the impression that he genuinely cared about how much I learned through our collaboration...
Through his work, he models an approach that is supportive, compassionate, yet structured and consistent...
Workshops are an opportunity for practical development and the exchange of experience — here is how they are described by participants who have taken part in them.
The workshop on values and goals was extremely useful because the theory was immediately linked to concrete exercises. I gained clear tools for working with clients who feel lost or unmotivated.
The workshop on the first session helped me better structure the start of the therapeutic process. I gained concrete questions, guidelines, and ideas for making the first meeting clearer and safer for the client.
What meant the most to me was that the workshop wasn't just a lecture, but hands-on work. Through demonstrations and examples, it was much easier to understand how to translate theory into an actual therapy session.
The topic of compassion in therapeutic work was presented in a warm, clear, and applicable way. I especially benefited from understanding how to help clients develop a supportive relationship with themselves.
The workshop on metaphors opened up a completely new way of thinking about therapeutic interventions for me. I came away with a large number of concrete metaphors and a clearer understanding of when to use them.
I especially liked the combination of expertise, clarity, and a relaxed atmosphere. The workshop was concrete, yet deep enough to prompt reflection on my own therapeutic style.
The workshop on goals helped me better distinguish surface-level goals from values-oriented work. Especially useful when working with clients who want change but don't know which direction they want to go in.
I liked that every exercise had a clear purpose and an explanation of how it could be used in therapy. After the workshop, I felt I could immediately apply several new interventions.
The workshop on the first session was especially important to me because it offered structure without being rigid. I gained ideas for better establishing contact and laying the foundations of the therapeutic relationship.
The greatest value of the workshops is their practicality. I always come away with concrete examples, clear guidelines, and the feeling that I can immediately apply what I've learned in therapeutic practice.
