How to Order a Service
A brief overview of the steps from choosing a service to confirming the appointment and payment.
01
Choosing a service
All available services (counselling, supervision, workshops) can be found on the Services Overview page. Clicking on a chosen service opens its dedicated page with a detailed description, terms and price.
02
Confirming the appointment by e-mail
Before payment, the appointment — a date and time that works for both the client and the service provider — needs to be arranged and confirmed by e-mail ([email protected]). The whole process looks like this:
- Contact by e-mail: [email protected]
- Confirmation of the appointment (date and time)
- The client makes payment using one of the available methods
- Confirmation that the payment has been successfully recorded
- The link for the online meeting (Google Meet or Zoom) is sent, if the appointment is online
Payment without a previously agreed appointment is not recommended, as an appointment is not reserved simply by making a payment without prior arrangement.
03
Reviewing the price before payment
On the payment page, before the transaction is initiated, the client is clearly shown:
- The price of the chosen service (and the number of sessions/spots, where applicable)
- Any discount, if a valid coupon code has been applied
- The total amount to be charged, in convertible marks (KM/BAM)
The client confirms the payment only after seeing the total amount.
04
Choosing a payment method
The client chooses one of the available payment methods: a direct transfer to the domestic account (recommended for payments from Bosnia and Herzegovina), payment based on an invoice, or online payment by debit/credit card (Mastercard®, Maestro® or Visa). More details are available on the Payment page.
05
Agreement to the terms of use
By proceeding to payment, the client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms set out on the Payment, Complaints and Cancellations and Data Protection pages.
06
When an appointment is considered confirmed
An appointment is considered finally confirmed and reserved only once it has been: (1) agreed by e-mail, and (2) the payment has been recorded using one of the available methods. Card payment confirmation appears immediately after the transaction, while confirmation of a direct bank transfer is usually recorded within 1-2 business days.
