Personal data gathering and protection statement

We undertake to protect our clients’ personal data by collecting only the basic data about clients that is necessary to fulfil our obligations; by informing clients how the data collected is used; and by regularly giving clients the choice about the use of their data, including the option to decide whether or not their data may be used for marketing purposes.

All client data is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to those persons for whom access to the data is necessary in order to carry out their work. All of our associates are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.

What data is collected

When paying online by card, your card details are entered exclusively on the secure Monri page — this data is never transmitted to or stored by the service provider. Any data the service provider may collect (e.g. by e-mail when arranging an appointment) is used solely for the purpose of scheduling the appointment, communicating with the client, and issuing a fiscal receipt or invoice, in accordance with legal obligations.

Confidentiality of therapy/supervision content

The content of the therapeutic or supervisory work (what is discussed and addressed during sessions) is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the professional, ethical and legal standards of the psychotherapy profession, independently of the data relating to payment and scheduling.

Legal framework
