What happens next?

  1. You will soon receive an e-mail confirming your payment, with all transaction details.
  2. If you booked your appointment via the calendar, you will soon receive a Google Meet link as well.
  3. We will contact you by e-mail to arrange your appointment, if this hasn’t already been agreed.

Fiscal receipt and invoice

A fiscal receipt is issued for every payment made. In line with legal requirements, the fiscal receipt is issued exclusively in convertible marks (BAM), using the details you provided when making the payment.

For payments made from abroad, an invoice is also automatically generated, containing your personal details, the amount in BAM and its equivalent calculated at the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s mid-rate on the day of payment. The invoice is sent together with the fiscal receipt, to the e-mail address you used when making the payment.
